Strawberry Salsa
Crisp, light, and healthy salsa. Great with chips or or as a topping for Tex-mex grilled chicken/pork
2 quarts of ripe sweet strawberries, quartered
1 5 oz. can chopped green chiles
1 avocado, peeled and chopped
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
2 1/2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
Mix ingredients above. Add garlic salt, to taste. Serve in festive bowl.
