We make our own fresh-pressed cider each fall, starting around mid-September once the Jonathans ripen. We then add a mix of other varieties for full flavor.

Our cider is NOT pasteurized, so it is important to keep it refrigerated. We are told that for those looking to do a bit of home brewing it is perfect for hard cider
