Pick your own apples
Pink Lady apples – Ripe for the picking now. These are our late season apples with sweet and tart flavor. And they are beeoutiful to boot!
Knock-your-socks off – our EverCrisp apples ripe for picking beginning Saturday 10/12. If you like HoneyCrisp you will love this variety
You are really going to like the 2019 crop. These apples are BIG and BEAUTIFUL!
We grow have many varieties of apples in our little orchard including: Honeycrisp, Jonathan, Sonata, Fuji, Evercrisp (knock your socks off, yes, they will!), Jonagold and more. From crisp, sweet eating apples to great pie-making apples. Something for everyone!
NOTE: U-pick Honeycrisp all gone (as of end of day 9/21), but we do have pre-pick available in the Apple Barn
Picking Timeline — Each variety ripens according to its own internal clock. So, don’t expect to pick a Pink Lady and a Honeycrisp the same day. Those babies ripen months apart. Check out our u-pick schedule for more on when your favorites will get ripe.
What to bring? No supplies needed. We’ll provide picking bags
Picking Tip – Apples bruise easily. Pretend you are holding an egg in your hand when you place each apple in your picking bag
Storage – Place a damp paper towel in the picking bag before storing the apples in the refrigerator. Depending on the variety this will keep the apple crisp for months.
